One of the most challenging things about the real estate business is the variety of ways we serve our clients and customers - from advertising, to marketing, to financing, to construction, you name it! I am in the business to help you in the buying and selling process from start to finish. I spend a lot of my time learning about the market, market trends, area features and specific property information.
Selling or buying a home is a complex transaction requiring time, effort, patience and know-how. You need the experience of a real estate professional - one that is a REALTOR. What sets REALTORS apart from other licensees is that we must abide by a code of ethics.
I have been in the real estate profession for six years and have had my own company for the past three years. Satisfied clients and higher standards are what I am all about in business. I am a member of the Great Lakes Association of REALTORS, Minnesota Board of Realtors, the Brainerd and Nisswa Chamber of Commerce’s, and the Lakes County Computer Club. I am very active in the community and donate to various local charities. Make a Wish Foundation and the Lymphoma & Cancer Society are especially important to me due to the fact that my mother has heroically been battling lymphoma cancer for many years. I moved here permanently seven years ago to spend quality time with her, which has truly been a highlight of my life.
